Digital Products
- Due to the instant delivery of our digital files, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
- If you experience an issue with a file (such as a corrupted download or missing element), please contact us at contact@homestylecustoms.com and we will promptly provide a corrected version.
Memberships and Subscriptions
- Subscriptions (monthly, 6-month, or annual) are billed in advance.
- Refunds are not available for partially used billing periods (for example, canceling halfway through a month).
- You may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future charges. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Promotions and Discounts
- All promotional sales, discounts, and bonus offers are final.
- No price adjustments will be made for past purchases if new promotions are offered later.
